MEET TRACEY
Tracey began her career in Automotive in 1995 as a fleet manager at Chatswood Toyota in Sydney Australia. She has over 18 years of Dealership experience which includes the following roles - Fleet Sales Manager, Retail Sales, Aftermarket Manager, F&I Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Manager and General Sales Manager.
Most recently she moved into the third-party vendor space with over 7 years combined experience with both Edmunds and TrueCar. Her most recent position at TrueCar was Market Director for Southern California, Arizona, and New Mexico. Her responsibilities included revenue growth, Market Strategy , Business Development, Sales and Revenue Management, Team Leadership and Reporting and Analytics.
Tracey is a proven automotive sales leader and process expert. with a history of demonstrated volume and revenue growth. She specializes in online sales and marketing, Sales Strategies and Objection Handling, CRM utilization and growth processes, new business development, branding and customer retention.
